WHO IS PHOLK?
Pholk is a charity based in Essex that was originally founded in 2013. The charity enables young adults with and without disabilities to come together on equal terms by going out into the community to establish new friendships, confidence, self-esteem and social skills. It also helps approach any difficult challenges the young adults may have previously been unable to do. Everyone who helps out is a volunteer. Pholk believes everyone is equal whether we have a disability or not.
